Wrong deposits and token retrievals
**Note: Trakx generally does not offer a token/coin recovery service. If you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited tokens/coins, Trakx may, solely at our discretion, assist you in recovering your tokens/coins.**
For all token retrieval application requests, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
Amount of USDC to be retrieved
Wallet address to which USDC tokens were transferred
Transaction hash
Wallet address from which tokens were transferred
Correct Trakx wallet address to which tokens should have been transferred
Disclaimers
The recovery of cross-chain deposits is an inherently risky and time consuming process. Please be patient as it may take over months to retrieve the wrong coins. Not all tokens sent to an incorrect address can be recovered.
All token recoveries will be attempted on a best-efforts basis only. Trakx does not guarantee a successful return of funds.
Trakx shall not be held responsible for any loss of tokens that occurs during the retrieval process.
